Bill Payment Options

Please note:  As of today, September 20, 2022, we are changing over to a new payment portal.  We hope that by the end of next week, it will be fully integrated with our billing software and you will not have to enter all of your information.  After the integration, you should be able to type in your name and or account number and it will automatically pull up your information.  We appreciate your patience while we upgrade our credit card processing.

Fruitvale Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Security & Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the 


Online Bill Payment 

Fruitvale Water Supply Corporation now accepts\ all major credit and debit cards.  Payment can be made using a credit or debit card online or over the phone, for a 4% fee. To pay your bill online you will need to know your account number and the current amount due. For more information, Click the red "Pay Your Bill Now" button, located above or at the bottom of this page. To pay your bill over the phone, please call 903-896-1224.

 

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. Bills are due on the 20th of each month and considered late on the 21st. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

 

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on the 10th of the month and credited to your utility account. You continue to receive your bill with the amount due before it is deducted from your bank account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders.  There is an after-hours drop box located to the left of the front door.

 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
